- 2 whole chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1 whole apple, chopped
- 3/4 cup grapes, halved
- 3/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped, soaked, and dehydrated
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 lemon, optional, juiced
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -Place the chicken on a baking sheet, and season them generously with the salt and pepper.
Step 3 -Bake the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 23–25 minutes.
Step 4 -Allow the chicken to cool completely before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
Step 5 -Place the chicken, celery, apple, grapes, pecans, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a large bowl, mixing until well combined.
Step 6 -Taste and add salt, pepper, and lemon juice if needed.
Step 7 -Serve immediately.
