  • 16 ounces frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3 ounces white rum
  • 2/3 cups coconut milk, plus more, to taste
  • Optional, for garnish:
  • fresh pineapple wedges, to taste
  • maraschino cherries, to taste
  • 2 paper umbrellas

Directions
