  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds medium beets, peeled, halved, and cut into small wedges
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 -Place an empty 18x26-inch rimmed baking sheet in the oven to heat.
