Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 12-inch metal skewers
Directions
Step 1 -Mix the olive oil, the soy sauce, the garlic, and the pepper in a bowl.
Step 2 -Combine the steak cubes with the seasoning mixture and stir to coat.
Step 3 -Cover and let the steak cubes marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.
Step 4 -Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 5 -Alternate between putting 1 of the steak cubes, 1 of the red bell peppers, 1 of the orange bell peppers, and 1 of the red onion pieces on skewers.
Step 6 -Grill the skewers at medium heat.
Step 7 -Rotate frequently until all sides of the steak cubes are browned and the vegetables are tender, approximately 10-12 minutes for medium-rare with the steak cubes reaching an internal temperature of 135 degrees F.
Step 8 -Serve and enjoy!
