Fritos® Salad might just be the easiest salad you ever whip up, but it's sure to be the tastiest too! Sweet corn, bright red bell peppers, tangy red onions, smooth cheddar cheese, and crunchy, mildly spicy Chili Cheese Fritos all get piled into a great big bowl. The next and final step — toss all that crispy goodness into some creamy mayo and you've got yourself a Fritos Salad! To quickly summarize (so you can get to making it) it's fast, crunchy, and yummy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn
- 2 cups red bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/8 cups Chili Cheese Fritos, broken into preferred size
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the corn, the diced bell peppers, the diced onions, the shredded cheese, and the Fritos.
Step 2 -Drizzle the salad with the mayonnaise.
Step 3 -Toss to ensure the ingredients are evenly coated.
Step 4 -Serve.
