Ingredients

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (16-ounce) package of spaghetti noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

Step 2 -Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 4 -Stir the spaghetti noodles into the chicken mixture.

Step 5 -Pour the spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and dried parsley.

Step 6 -Cover the casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 7 -Carefully remove the covering and bake until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted, for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 8 -Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes.

Step 9 -Serve.
