- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon sugar, plus more, to taste
- 1 cup ice
Directions
Step 1 -Combine the spinach, 1/2 cup of the blueberries, the raspberries, the banana, the milk, the oats, 1 tablespoon of the sugar, and the ice in a blender. Add the extra sugar for more sweetness if desired.
Step 2 -Blend until smooth.
Step 3 -Serve immediately, garnished with the extra blueberries.
