The savory pork is coated with tangy mustard, vinegar, and deliciously smoky brown sugar, then roasted until sticky and caramelized! It almost doesn't matter what sides you serve with Sugar Glazed Ham, because everyone will be filling their plates with slice after slice of this festive feast!

Ingredients
- 1 (5-7-pound) ham, bone-in, fully-cooked
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, plus more, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2 -Place the ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Step 3 -Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham with 1/4-inch-deep cuts in a diamond pattern.
Step 4 -Cover the ham and bake it until it reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees F, about 1 hour 30 minutes-2 hours.
Step 5 -In a small bowl, add the brown sugar, the mustard, and 1 tablespoon of the vinegar and stir until a thick paste forms. Add the extra vinegar, a little at a time, if a paste isn't quite forming.
Step 6 -Transfer the ham from the oven and spread the brown sugar mixture all over it.
Step 7 -Bake until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F and the sugar mixture has caramelized on the meat, about 15-30 minutes.
Step 8 -Slice and serve.
