Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened and divided
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 (3/4-pound) beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Step 1 -Mix 1 tablespoon of butter with the parsley, garlic, and soy sauce.
Step 2 -Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper.
Step 3 -In a large skillet, heat the remaining butter over medium heat.
Step 4 -Add the steak to the melted butter and cook until the meat reaches the desired doneness (between 135 degrees F and 155 degrees F internally), about 4-7 minutes per side.
Step 5 -Serve the steak with garlic butter.
