For those that love peanut butter desserts, there are few treats easier or quicker than these Peanut Butter Parfaits. Sitting atop a graham cracker crust is a creamy, rich, and light pudding infused with the nutty goodness of peanut butter. It's like a cloud of your most vivid peanut butter dream! Peanut Butter Parfaits are a dessert that will amaze you and anyone you share it with... although you may be tempted to keep it all for yourself!

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 chocolate graham crackers or regular graham crackers, divided
Directions
Step 1 -In a bowl, add the heavy cream, the granulated sugar, and the vanilla and whisk by hand or with an electric hand mixer until soft peaks form.
Step 2 -In a separate bowl, add the peanut butter, the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, and the milk and, using an electric hand mixer, whip until light and creamy. Make sure to start on low speed to prevent the powdered sugar from spraying out, then increase to medium speed once it is incorporated.
Step 3 -Add 1/3 of the whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture and gently fold to combine.
Step 4 -Add 1/2 of the remaining whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture and gently fold to combine until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Step 5 -In a resealable plastic bag, add 3 of the graham crackers and crush them thoroughly.
Step 6 -Divide the graham cracker crumbs between 4 serving cups, reserving a little for the topping.
Step 7 -Divide the peanut butter mixture between the serving cups.
Step 8 -Top each cup with the remaining whipped cream.
Step 9 -Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top of the whipped cream layers in the serving cups.
Step 10 -Break the last graham cracker into 4 pieces and place 1 piece in each cup as a garnish.
Step 11 -Serve.
