These little balls of deliciousness are made up of flakey old-fashioned rolled oats, sweet mini chocolate chips, nourishing ground flax seeds, sugary, sticky honey, and flowery vanilla extract. Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 1/2 heaping cup peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1 -Combine the oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Mix to combine.
Step 2 -Roll the oat mixture into 30 1-1 1/2-inch size balls.
Step 3 -Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate and freeze or refrigerate until fully set, at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.
Step 4 -Place the balls in an airtight container or ziplock bag and store them in the fridge for 1 week or the freezer for up to 3 months.
Step 5 -Serve.
