  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces medium cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • crackers, optional, to taste, of your choice, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, the sour cream, the garlic powder, the onion powder, and the pepper until smooth.

Step 2 -Add the cheddar cheese and stir to combine.

Step 3 -Cover the bowl and chill for 1 hour.
