We understand... asparagus can be an intimidating veggie to approach. But trust us! Once you see just how simple and tasty this Delicious Roasted Asparagus recipe is, you'll fear no more! Each vibrant green veggie is coated with just the right amount of seasoning to ensure it reaches flavor perfection before and after its trip in the oven. We love serving it with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese (because cheese makes everything better) and some lemon wedges for a bit of beautification, and bam! You've got yourself some of the most wonderful and Delicious Roasted Asparagus to add to any meal! Trying new things is so worth it!

Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, washed and dried, woody stems removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- lemon wedges, to taste, for serving
- parmesan cheese, to taste, shredded, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -Rinse the asparagus and pat them completely dry.
Step 3 -Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil, tossing to coat.
Step 4 -Arrange the asparagus in a single layer and leave space around them so that they roast and do not steam.
Step 5 -Bake the asparagus until they are roasted and not too flimsy, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 6 -Season the roasted asparagus with the salt and the pepper and toss to coat.
Step 7 -Serve the roasted asparagus garnished with the lemon wedges and the parmesan cheese.
