Ingredients

  • ice, to taste
  • 2 ounces Irish whiskey, such as Jameson® Irish Whiskey
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 6 ounces ginger beer
  • lime wheels, to taste, for garnish
  • mint sprigs, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -Fill a copper mug or highball glass with the ice.

Step 2 -Pour the Irish whiskey and the lime juice over the ice.

Step 3 -Top the whiskey-lime juice mixture with the ginger beer and stir gently to combine.

Step 4 -Serve the drink, garnished with the lime wheels and the mint sprigs.
