Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, stem and green leaves removed, sliced into 1-inch steaks, steaks cut into smaller florets
- 1/3 cup coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons umami seasoning blend, such as McCormick® Umami Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -Place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet.
Step 3 -In a small bowl, add the coconut aminos, the avocado oil, the umami seasoning, the garlic powder, and the onion powder and whisk to combine.
Step 4 -Pour the seasoning rub over the cauliflower and massage it into each piece until coated.
Step 5 -Bake until browned and crispy, about 30 minutes.
Step 6 -Serve.
