You don't have to go anywhere fancy to embrace the Baked Potato Perfection that you love so much! Whether you're grilling up some steaks or simply need a baked spud alongside your favorite salad, these perfectly seasoned taters are always just what you need. They're so fluffy and warm, and just waiting to be topped with all the yummy, good things. Shoot, wouldn't it be fun to even create a potato condiment bar and let everyone load them up as they wish?! So many options, and yet they all end with some Baked Potato Perfection. Yum!

Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
- sea salt, to taste
- fresh herbs, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3 -Use a fork to poke a few holes all over the potatoes, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4 -Rub the potatoes with the olive oil and liberally sprinkle them all over with the sea salt.
Step 5 -Bake the seasoned potatoes until they are fork-tender and their skin is crisp, about 45 minutes-1 hour.
Step 6 -Slice the potatoes open and fluff the insides.
Step 7 -Serve the potatoes garnished with the fresh herbs.
