Known as a Chinese delicacy, chicken feet can be found in a variety of eateries all around the world! Steamed in a sauce (typically sweet and sour), people typically nibble around the chicken feet and get a variety of nutritious benefits while they're at it. 2. Bugs

But people actually enjoy harvesting dandelion roots and leaves for which hold certain medical properties and are very rich in certain vitamins (A, C, D, and E to be exact!). Bone marrow is pretty common to see in a variety of upscale restaurants, but it's still a little bizarre if you think about it. Many people season and roast bone marrow and then serve it with bread or by itself. The marrow has a buttery rich flavor that is sought after by many!

Yep. Blood sausage is exactly what it sounds like... sausage made with blood (sheep, cow, or pig blood to be exact). Mixed with a filler (barley, rice, or oats) and stuffed into a sausage casing... this meat is common on the breakfast table in Europe.
